Special Servicing/Investor Reporting Analyst/Portfolio Management/Investor Reporting - Irving, TX
| Basic Function | Responsible for administering the investor reporting function related to securitized special servicing portfolios and follow certain guidelines established by the Commercial Mortgage Securities Association (“CMSA”), specific PSAs , and Centerline’s policies and procedures. |
| Primary Duties | 1. Produce monthly CMSA Investor Reporting Package 2. Fee billing 3. REO account reconciliation 4. Prepare Realized Loss calculations 5. Prepare Appraisal Reduction calculations 6. Invoice payment and expense advance/reimbursement processing 7. Interface with asset managers, master servicers, and trustees to complete a monthly investor reporting package for multiple securitized transactions. 8. Read and interpret PSAs governing specific assets assigned for special servicing 9. Manage the function of boarding loans and setting up the loan files and systems. 10. Interface with the accounting department to reconcile receipt of fees and expense reimbursements. 11. Assist in the resolution process of specially serviced mortgage loans. 12. Assist in the surveillance process to identify potential loan transfers. 13. Manage daily office functions |
| Skills | Strong analytical and organizational skills Strong communication skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, etc.) Ability to read and interpret servicing agreements and legal loan documents |
