Senior Watchlist Asset Manager/Portfolio Management/Primary Servicing - Irving, TX
| Basic Function | • Proactive asset management and timely execution of duties of an assigned portfolio of Fannie Mae and/or Freddie Mac High Watchlist multifamily loans. |
| Primary Duties | • Timely analysis/review of quarterly loan level operation statements. • Responsible for quarterly action plans/loan level reviews for in house risk management as well as agency risk management. • Risk Rating Analysis for assigned loan portfolio (internal and external parameters) • Recommends transfer of problem loans to Special Servicing group • Review and follow up on physical property inspections (conduct site visit inspection on occasion throughout USA), deferred maintenance monitoring and follow up • Delinquency monitoring and appropriate follow up actions • Processing management company changes • Review, approve and disburse replacement reserves, special escrows including achievement escrows. • Cap/swap/hedge monitoring for loan level documents if applicable. • Knowledge of and ability to process transactions such as payoffs, defeasances, easements, condemnations, SNDA’s. • Knowledge of agency investor requirements regarding loan document modifications. • Respond to all customer inquiries regarding their account • Identify and evaluate performing and trouble markets within the assigned portfolio • Meet stringent deadlines and work quality standards • Communicate with agency investors for loan level concerns such as status of loan, project and borrower • Work with departmental management to document and streamline internal processes as well as work with other areas within the company to assist with portfolio retention. |
| Experience | Candidate must have at least 5-7 years directly related work experience. Solid understanding of commercial real estate loan servicing, asset management and lending. Previous asset management experience with Fannie Mae and/or Freddie Mac multifamily loans. Exposure to multifamily real estate development, property management and/or underwriting as we as previous experience in multifamily special servicing is helpful. Various computer software applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, Fannie Mae HCD and Freddie Mac MultiSuite |
